Because DirectMail.com operates as a single entity but comprises eight separate business units, tracking cash flow and recording revenues and expenses can be a challenge across a firm with nearly $40 million in annual revenue. Lily provides financial projections and supports organizational strategies by offering accounting and financial information, analyses and recommendations. She then assures that accounting operations are in line with organizational objectives.

Lily volunteers in her spare time, keeping the books for two small associations in Calvert County.
