Joe fulfills many responsibilities in this demanding position that cuts across many business functions. He provides strategic leadership to DirectMail.com's data analysis and web services teams; helps develop customer retention and prospect marketing strategies relative to database marketing, analytics and modeling; and oversees development services for marketing portals, PURLs, microsites and e-channel integration. At the same time, he manages corporate, franchisee and retail print-on-demand (POD) solutions, where web-to-print technologies, list acquisition, data processing, digital print integration and mail functions coordinate flawlessly to produce high-value customer marketing campaigns. Joe's vision is guiding efforts to continue to evolve the firm's proprietary GeoInsight marketing intelligence platform and expand the consumer/business data warehouse DirectMail.com can offer customers, especially in industry verticals where specialized data is difficult to acquire.
